1. Can I return my item?
Returns are only accepted on defective items within 7 days of delivery to you.
2. Where do you get the stuff you sell?
Many of the items I sell are handmade or designed by me. I also occasionally share a non handmade product with you that I just can't pass up.
3. Can you make me custom patches with my design?
YES! Email me at threadwiza[email protected] and include a high resolution image for a quote.
4. Where is my order/When will it ship?
If you have ordered multiple items and one or more are on pre order your order will ship when all items are in stock. Handmade patches may take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on my workload. If you need something for a specific date please contact me first to make sure it is possible.
BIG CARTEL DOES NOT SEND SHIPMENT NOTIFICATION EMAILS. MOST CUSTOMERS WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS OR NOTIFICATIONS AFTER THE INITIAL 'YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED' EMAIL.
